Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement

This Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the customer ("Receiving Party") and West Trax GmbH ("Disclosing Party") as of the date the roundtable request is submitted.

Confidential Information. Both parties agree that all non-public information exchanged during the evaluation period — including scan results, product roadmap details, pricing, and business data — constitutes Confidential Information and may not be disclosed to third parties.

Mutual obligation. This agreement binds both parties equally. West Trax will not share your scan results, company data, or evaluation context with any third party.

Permitted use. Information is used solely to evaluate whether the West Trax KPI Analyzer is a fit for the customer's SAP environment.

Term. This agreement expires two years from the date of the roundtable request.

No transport, no persistence. The West Trax container operates read-only. No SAP configuration objects are installed or modified. No data persists after the container exits.
